Seven executives pose for their official portraits. Each is a monkey in an animal costume, and each costume suits the title a little too well.

The portraits form a familiar corporate directory, polished, composed, and slightly absurd. Every figure is performing a role, and it is no longer clear where the costume ends and the monkey begins.

An eighth portrait breaks the pattern. Beneath the words NOW HIRING, a mirrored silhouette reflects whoever stands before it, though not quite faithfully.

MOLT (Meet Our Leadership Team) considers how we give meaning to titles, how appearance stands in for substance, and what we shed, or put on, to fit a role. The final position remains open.
