A single bee crosses fifteen small panels, one dashed line flying from the first to the last.
Each panel’s flight path and quilled elements were determined by rolls of the dice. One die set the shape of the flight: straight, curved, looping, or spiraling. Another chose what the bee would encounter along the way: clouds, a butterfly, a flower, a heart, or nothing at all. The rules were established before the first roll, leaving chance to determine the journey.
The line stays continuous even as the surroundings change from panel to panel, through sky, sunlight, and meadow. Bee Line holds order and chance in the same gesture, a path that is planned and unplanned at once.
