Oops sits in the uneasy space between innocence and implication. A wide-eyed tabby cat faces forward, calm and unhurried; a rat's tail hanging, unnoticed, from the corner of its mouth.

The image is immediate. The relationship between predator and prey, between the domestic and the feral, between oblivion and intent, is held within a single still moment. The work doesn't resolve the tension: it simply presents it, and lets the viewer sit with what they find there.
